*I have a question about my current order. What should I do? Please email us with the order # and/or date you ordered and your name to wanopshop@outlook.com. Please use this email address as we do not check other email accounts. As we are a very small store, we may take a few days to reply.
*How long does it take to get my item after I buy it? Usually about 3 months. If you needed sooner, please choose Rush Order. We will not be responsible for delivery dates on items purchased in less than 3 months prior to the date needed as there may be unforeseeable customs delays and unpredictable weather-related delays. If you need it sooner, we offer RUSH orders.
*What is the cost and time frame on a rush order? Rush orders are usually additional $60.00 per item. It takes about 3 weeks for a RUSH order. We currently do not offer less time than 3 weeks.
*Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship to most countries. We cannot guarantee the delivery time of international orders. All packages no matter what courier method will be subject to customs. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not Poised Bridal
*Do you do refunds, or returns if I do not like my item? No unfortunately we do not offer any returns, or refunds. Unless the item arrived damaged.
*What do I do if the item arrived damaged? Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece. Due to the delicate nature of the pieces, we create, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping or carelessness with handling), please email us: wanopshop@outlook.com. If the item's damage is not due to shipping, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of item receipt, and we will repair or replace as needed. After 48 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will fully be the responsibility of the buyer.
*How are the items shipped to me? In order to offer low prices, we do not use any fancy boxes, most items are sent in bubble wrap and or padded envelopes. Please do not judge us on our shipping, since what matters is what it has inside, a beautiful crafted bridal accessory.
*Do you any custom work? We currently do not offer any custom work. All choices are available per item. Please make sure you choose the right item at checkout.
